The latest 1.67.6700 update is not available at the App Store - Right now, the app is being reviewed by the App Store, and sometimes it takes extra time for the app store to review an app before releasing it. We are doing everything we can to speed up this process and will notify you via our Helpdesk as soon as the update is live. In the meantime, you can download the latest 1.67.6700 update and resume playing on other supported platforms.

Fixed - In the latest 1.67.6700 update, the game freezes after launch, either on the main game board or after a few minutes while exploring locations on my Android - The 1.67.6701 update containing the fix for this issue is now available. Please visit your preferred app store and download the update to implement the fix.

After watching an ad to receive crystals, I can’t close the ad window because the close (“X”) button is not displayed - We are already investigating this issue. In the meantime, please wait up to 1 minute after the ad finishes, as the close (“X”) button may appear with a delay, or try returning to the game using your device’s Back button without closing the app. If the issue persists, tap the “i” button on the ad screen, take a screenshot, and email it to support@g5.com along with your G5 Friends player profile information and IDFA via Send Feedback → Report a Problem.
