After watching an ad to receive crystals, I can’t close the ad window because the close (“X”) button is not displayed - We are already investigating this issue. In the meantime, please wait up to 1 minute after the ad finishes, as the close (“X”) button may appear with a delay, or try returning to the game using your device’s Back button without closing the app. If the issue persists, tap the “i” button on the ad screen, take a screenshot, and email it to support@g5.com along with your G5 Friends player profile information and IDFA via Send Feedback → Report a Problem.

Starting from the 1.65.6400 game version, the game crashes when the Faustus dialogue appears during the “Save the Cat” mini-event - Make sure that your game is updated to the latest 1.65.6500 version. If the issue persists after updating, we recommend reinstalling the game as a workaround. If the problem continues after that, please contact us at support@g5.com.

Starting from the 1.64.6400 update, one of the ghost’s presents in the library is unresponsive to taps/clicks - Our Technical Team is already working on resolving this issue, and the fix will be included in one of the upcoming updates. As a workaround, please try clicking or tapping slightly above the present to pick it up.
