After the latest 1.67.6700 update, the timer of energy and totems' restoration does not work when I am not in the game - We are happy to report that the problem with the timers of the totems you encountered has been isolated and fixed. Please make sure you have a stable Internet connection and restart your app to apply the fix to your game. As for the energy restoration, we continue to work towards the resolution of the issue. We will keep you updated on this matter via our help desk and notify you by email.

I cannot log into my G5 Friends account and when I try to reset my password, I get an error message - Contact our Support Team at support@g5.com and specify your G5 Friends Player Login, IDFA number and the country you are located in.

After I updated the game to the 1.67.6700 version, the language has changed in the game, and I cannot revert it back. - Please wait until the game finishes downloading all its content, and the option to change the language should become available in the game's settings. Tap the gear icon on your screen and scroll the list of available languages to find the one you need.
