Fixed - I cannot confirm my debit/credit card to make a purchase at the G5 Store, and get the 'Service unavailable' error message - The issue with purchases has been successfully resolved. To apply the fix to your game, make sure you have a stable Internet connection and restart the app. After that, you should be able to make in-game purchases at the G5 Store, and they should be delivered to your game correctly. If you find that the problem persists, please let us know.

After the 1.51.5100 update, I no longer receive crystals for watching the video ads - Our Technical Team is aware of the problem, and they are currently working out a solution. In the meantime, you can get rewards from other ad placements in the game.

After the 1.64.6403 update, my Union event score keeps resetting or disappearing - Our Technical Team is aware of the problem, and they are working to implement a fix as quickly as possible.
