Fixed - The game freezes either on the loading screen or shortly after launching on my Android - We’re working with Google Play to resolve the issue. In the meantime, the new 1.63.6301 update for Jewels of Egypt is now available at your app store and should help fix the problem. If it persists after updating, please contact us at support@g5.com.

Fixed - In the 1.63.6300 game version, my game crashes when I play in the Sand Labyrinth location - Please visit your app store to download the 1.63.6301 update with the fix. If the problem persists after updating your game app, please let us know.

After the latest 1.51.5100 update, I no longer receive crystals for watching the video ads. - Our Technical Team is aware of the problem, and they are currently working out a solution. In the meantime, you can get rewards from other ad placements in the game.
