Fixed - After the 1.61.6101 update, my Union event score keeps resetting or disappearing - We’ve fixed this issue in the 1.62.6200 update of Jewels of the Wild West, which is already available for download. Please visit your preferred app store and download the update to implement the fix.

The game freezes either on the loading screen or shortly after launching on my Android - Our Technical Team is aware of the problem, and they are currently working out the solution for it. We will keep you updated on this matter via our help desk and notify you by email.
